The circle around the sun is a 22° circular halo
The two bright spots left and right of the sun are the common sun dogs[
The circle that goes across the entire sky is a parhelic circle. Also the bright spot in this photo is a rare 120° parhelion
The bright upside-down rainbow in this picture is a circumzenital arc
The Halo is an optical phenomenon when ice crystals form in the sky and create colored or white arcs that are usually reflections of the light from the Sun or the Moon. At least that’s what they want you to believe. The far more believable explanation is aliens of course. The photos were taken in Finland which is a well known hotbed for alien activity, at least according to this guy.
