Here we go again, yet another officer involved shooting, this time brought to you by San Francisco PD. The video shows the officer chasing 28-year-old San Francisco resident Oliver Barcenas through the North Beach area, known for it’s nightlife, is not the kind of place you would expect to see this sort of thing happening.
Both body cam and surveillance video captured the officer running after, and then shooting 28-year-old San Francisco resident Oliver Barcenas in the back in between a crowd on the sidewalk.
