Who says American’s aren’t honest

A woman who was travelling through Europe in the summer of 1965 let the giddiness of her travels or the dizziness of the hops go to her head and stole a beer stein from Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany. After 55 years of guilt eating at her soul she finally returned it to the beer house with a note reading, “I took this beer stein from your establishment the summer of 1965 when I was young, reckless and inconsiderate,” it read, according to German news agency DPA. “I am sorry.”
